Short-letting a property with an agency removes the constant stress and hassles of finding tenants. White & Co Holiday Homes take up the responsibility to manage your property, including regular property maintenance, marketing, and finding clients for you.

White & Co Holiday Homes will charge 20% of the gross monthly revenue to manage your property entirely. It is not a fixed amount but a percentage of the property's income.

The tenure period of the contract is for 12 months (yearly), and a 90 days notice period must be provided before cancellation via contacting the agency directly and speaking to a representative.

To begin onboarding a unit with us, we would need a copy of your title deed and the passports of all owner(s) named on the deed. We will then draft a contract for signing along with a No Objection Certificate to register your unit with DTCM (Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing).
